Goodbye, summer. Hello, fall.

It’s hard not to get excited about the changing of seasons around here, especially when we had an extra h-o-t summer.🔥

We’re hoping fall will bring us some cooler weather soon so we can sit out on the patio and enjoy some of our favorite fall flavors like these: Drew’s been busy reworking one of our classics —— The Sticky Toffee Figgy Pudding 2.0 complete with figs cooked in Fernet, chocolate & figgy brioche, bourbon ganache, Werther’s caramel candies powder and white chocolate sorbet.

Another one of your favorites is back on the menu! —— The Smoked Ruby Beet Salad with warm Bûcheron goat’s milk cheese, watermelon radish, Fuji apples, OJ fennel and BACON jam.

We all know that this salad is the jam…the bacon jam, of course.

 

And finally, Vinnie has been keeping our “basic levels” extra high with his take on the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte (or PSL if you’re extra basic😏) with this creative slushie — “Hashtag Basic” made with Belle Isle Shine cold brew coffee moonshine, Batdorf & Bronson espresso, pumpkin, pumpkin spice and honey topped with vanilla whipped cream…hashtag #tasty.

***NOTE***: this particular cocktail is not currently available, but if you know Vinnie, he’ll be crafting up some more great fall-flavored cocktails for the months to come.

Savoring Summer

If summer were a menu item, there’s no doubt it would be our Agnolotti pasta. “Little pillows” stuffed w/summer corn & mascarpone and topped with chanterelle mushrooms, fresh blueberries, feta cheese and bread crumbs, it’s the perfect savory and sweet dish highlighting some of the best flavors of summer. Now is the perfect time to enjoy the final flavors of summer before we transition into fall.

Our next Rosé Sunday is just a few days away! Ready for some more summer sippin’?

This Sunday (July 28) we’re teaming up with Brookhaven Wines again to bring you the second of three pink wine celebrations this summer.

Join us for our second Rosé Sunday on July 28 at 4:00 p.m. 
Chef will fire up the Big Green Egg to grill up some Springer Mountain Farms chicken wings while you treat yourself to some snacks from the kitchen, a rosé cocktail creation from Vinnie and a rosé tasting flight from Brookhaven Wines.
Price: $30/per person
Includes:
1- Rosé Cocktail
1- Meat & Cheese Board snack from the kitchen
1- Rosé Wine Flight
1- Grilled chicken wings from the Big Green Egg + Springer Mountain Farms
The party kicks off at 4:00 and we’ll keep it going until we close. Give us a call or click the button below to reserve your spot.
